Whether you are new to yoga, want to deepen your knowledge of yoga, or have an existing practice, you are in the right place.

Ashtanga vinyasa yoga is at the core of our studio. If you have practiced power, vinyasa, or flow yoga, you have already practiced parts of Ashtanga yoga, from which stems the vigorous and meditative practice of flowing from one posture to the next in synchrony with the breath. We teach Ashtanga in the traditional way (‘Mysore style’), in which you will learn how to build a daily yoga practice from first principles with individualized guidance. 

We also teach hot vinyasa, restorative yoga, and meditation. At the heart of all of our classes is the idea that breath matters most. When we pay close and steady attention to our breathing, we regulate our nervous systems and work to observe our sensations without judgment and reaction. Whether in a seated meditation or vinyasa class, this is the state of yoga.
